These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CoreOS website and platform.CoreOS is developed by CSM, an Irish company based in the European Union.By using CoreOS, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

3. Services
CoreOS allows users to:
• Connect authorised data sources
• Consolidate business data
• Analyse data using AI systems
• Generate insights and reports
• View metrics in a unified dashboard

CoreOS supports decision-making and does not replace professional judgment.

4. AI Disclaimer
AI outputs:
• Are based on provided or authorised data
• May be incomplete or inaccurate
• Are not professional advice
• Are used at your own discretion

All decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Third-Party Integrations
CoreOS integrates with third-party platforms on a read-only basis, including Google, Microsoft, Xero, LinkedIn, and Meta.CoreOS is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or policies.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use CoreOS unlawfully
• Disrupt services or systems
• Access unauthorised data
• Reverse engineer or resell the platform
• Upload malicious contentViolations may result in suspension or termination.

7. User Content
You retain ownership of your data.You grant CoreOS a limited licence to process and display your data to provide the services. CoreOS does not claim ownership of your business data.

8. Fees
Some features may require payment. Pricing will be disclosed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property
All CoreOS software, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to CSM. No rights are granted beyond permitted use.10. ConfidentialityBoth parties agree to keep non-public information confidential, subject to legal exceptions.11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access for breaches, legal requirements, or security risks. You may stop using CoreOS at any time.

12. Disclaimer
CoreOS is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
• CoreOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months
• CoreOS is not liable for AI output reliance or third-party data issues

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law. Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
